Buffalo Chicken Chunkies

List of ingredients

  • 1 x 600 g package of Flamingo Buffalo chicken Chunkies
  • 300 g (one bag) corn chips Tostitos style
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) black olive sliced
  • 1 small jalapeño pepper finely chopped
  • 250 ml (1 cup) grated mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Cook Buffalo chicken Chunkies as indicated on package.
  2. In a baking dish, add corn chips and sprinkle the bell pepper, onion, olives and jalapeño.
  3. Cut the Buffalo chicken Chunkies in half and add to corn chips. Top it off with grated mozzarella.
  4. Grill in the oven at à 450ºF (230 ºC) until cheese has melted and lightly golden. Serve immediately.
