For grilling Chicken Medallion with bacon

    • Oven

      Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F). Remove frozen medallions from packaging. Place frozen medallions on a greased, baking sheet covered with aluminum foil on middle oven rack. Bake for 27 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time. Brush the medallions with the sauce halfway through cooking, if desired.

    • BBQ

      Grease the BBQ grill and preheat to high heat. Remove frozen medallions from packaging. Place frozen medallions on grill and reduce to medium heat. Grill for 30 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time. Brush the medallions with the sauce halfway through cooking, if desired.

    • Air fryer

      Preheat the airfryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the chicken medallions evenly in the basket and cook for 22 to 25 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking.
