Chickenburgers

Raw (do not microwave) - Safe handling instructions : Despite appearance, the meat contained in this package is raw. Ensure that raw meat products are handled and cooked properly. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Seperate cooked/ready-to-eat foods from raw foods. Do no refreeze product if thawed, cooked immediately. Product is ready when it reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F). Refrigerate leftovers immediately. Thoroughly wash surfaces, ustensils, and hands after touching raw meat.

Grease BBQ grill and preheat to medium heat. Remove burgers from packaging and brush with vegetable oil. Place them on grill and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once halfay though cooking.

Preheat frying pan over medium-low heat and add a bit of vegetable oil to the pan. Remove burgers from packaging, place in pan and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
