Raw (do not microwave) - Safe handling instructions : Despite appearance, the meat contained in this package is raw. Ensure that raw meat products are handled and cooked properly. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Seperate cooked/ready-to-eat foods from raw foods. Do no refreeze product if thawed, cooked immediately. Product is ready when it reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F). Refrigerate leftovers immediately. Thoroughly wash surfaces, ustensils, and hands after touching raw meat.

Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F). Remove frozen medallions from packaging. Place frozen medallions on a greased baking sheet covered with aluminum foil on middle oven rack. Bake for 27 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time. Brush the medallions with the sauce halfway through cooking, if desired.

BBQ

Grease BBQ grill and preheat to high heat. Remove frozen medallions from packaging. Place frozen medallions on grill and reduce to medium heat. Grill for 30 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time. Brush the medallions with the sauce halfway through cooking, if desired.

Keep frozen at -18°C.
