Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Place wings on baking sheet line with parchment paper and cook for 25-30 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. For best results, keep frozen until ready to cook.
Preheat the airfryer to 175°C (350°F). Place the chicken wings evenly in the basket and cook for 15 to 18 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking. For best results, keep frozen until ready to cook.
Preheat the grill to approximately 350°F–400°F (180°C–200°C). Create an indirect cooking zone (heat on one side, wings on the other).
Main Cooking (Indirect Heat): Place the wings on the side without direct flame. Close the lid and cook for 10–15 minutes, turning halfway through.
Crispy Finish (Direct Heat): Move the wings over the flame and grill for 5 minutes, turning frequently. Brush with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of cooking.
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
