  • 1 box (600 g) gluten-free chicken nuggets
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • Store-bought spicy mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Bake the Flamingo gluten-free chicken nuggets following the instructions on the package.
  2. Cook rice following the instructions on the package.
  3. Chop avocado, cucumber, mango and pepper.
  4. Use 4 large bowls and, in order:
  5. Separate the rice into the 4 bowls.
  6. Top each bowl with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Garnish with spicy mayonnaise to taste.
